1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the smb888 platform at smb888.org (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including the smb888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and smb888 ("smb888", "we", "us", or "our").

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the smb888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of smb888 or any of its affiliated studios or payment partners.

smb888 enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or upon periodic compliance review. smb888 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending successful KYC completion.

Any individual who registers on smb888 by misrepresenting their age, identity, or jurisdiction shall have their account terminated and any associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and money laundering regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active smb888 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smb888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. smb888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

smb888 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of registration does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted platform access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on smb888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability.

The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed or forfeited.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, except where an alternative method is approved by smb888 compliance following formal review.
• smb888 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds, particularly where deposit volumes exceed risk thresholds established under our AML policy.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals typically process within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Delays may occur where additional verification is required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

smb888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in full on each individual promotion page.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement fulfilment. Live casino games, slots, and table games may carry varying contribution percentages as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds expire after the period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By participating in any game or betting market on the smb888 Platform, you agree to the following:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. smb888 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error attributable to smb888's platform is demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or force majeure event during live play, smb888 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to player balances. Decisions made by smb888's technical and compliance teams in these circumstances are final.
• smb888 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds, including where pricing errors arise from data feed malfunctions or human error. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes returned.
• Game results are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical outcomes in monitored studio environments. All game outcomes are subject to independent verification by smb888's studio partners.
• smb888 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or close accounts of players identified as professional arbitrage bettors, syndicate members, or players using automated betting tools.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the smb888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one smb888 account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI decision tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate credits or otherwise interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by minors or individuals in jurisdictions where such access is prohibited.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after placing bets — this constitutes fraud and will be pursued through civil and criminal channels where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the smb888 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of smb888 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of smb888 Platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smb888 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure beyond smb888's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on promotional material, bonus terms, or game descriptions that have subsequently been updated.

Nothing in these Terms limits smb888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

smb888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period following request.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or identified via a third-party exclusion registry.
• The account holder's jurisdiction has changed to one in which smb888 is unable to offer services legally.

Upon termination for cause, smb888 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and, where legally permitted, real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is at smb888's discretion and no breach is identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of applicable compliance checks.

11 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the smb888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on smb888, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting purposes. smb888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

smb888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players who believe their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to utilise the responsible gaming tools available within their smb888 account settings, including:

14 Amendments

smb888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with regulatory obligations or to address security vulnerabilities, in which case changes may take immediate effect. Your continued use of the smb888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
